We can start your project by carrying out a topographical survey of the site, or use existing site surveys. Our detailed drainage survey will include the manual lifting of every inspection chamber or manhole cover, including locating the chambers if required.
For each inspection chamber we will record the depth of the invert, the pipework diameter and type of drainage system including the construction of the chamber. This is then overlaid onto the topographical survey prior to issuing.
Many of our clients opt for a full CCTV drainage survey. Our range of camera technology can traverse the full length of the drainage system and identify the specific condition of each pipe, identifying any structural defects, root ingress, cracks and blockages.
Once completed on site, our surveyors will study the footage and, using the latest processing software, issue a client report with all risks clearly categorised, flagging up those which require attention or possible action.
