Investing in the Next Generation of Engineers in Suffolk

We’re particularly proud to be supporting Suffolk New College as they launch their first-ever Geospatial Survey Technician Level 3 apprenticeship this year. It’s a significant step forward for the region, and a rare opportunity – only two other colleges in the UK currently offer this specialist apprenticeship.

Lauren Bailey, our HR Manager, recently visited Suffolk New College to see the new facilities first-hand.

Our apprentices will be gaining hands-on experience on real projects alongside expert technical training, backed by our hybrid training programme, which has been shortlisted for a national award – a fantastic endorsement of the quality of development we offer.

Apprenticeships aren’t just a nice-to-have for us – they’re a critical part of how we build our future teams and deliver social value in the communities where we work.
