Meet Jack

I joined Survey Solutions as a trainee in 2019 and have progressed alongside the business into my current role as Survey Manager in the Thames Valley office. From the outset, I was given practical experience in underground utility surveying and the chance to build my skills on a variety of projects, allowing progression to happen at the right pace.

The company has consistently supported my development, particularly in technical competence and the use of modern surveying equipment. Working with experienced surveyors helped me understand industry standards, improve data quality, and approach projects with confidence.

Over time, I’ve taken on more responsibility, including managing utility surveys, overseeing project delivery, and supporting and developing newer team members. This gradual increase in responsibility has been a natural part of my development and aligned with my experience and role.
