Survey Solutions supports Nine Points Property with measured building, topo and drone surveys—enabling conversion of a disused health centre into a school.
Our close working relationship with Nine Points Property began in 2018 and we are extremely proud to continue to work with them, completing 36 surveying projects over the last three years. Established in 2016, Nine Points is a commercial developer and landlord specialising in residential care homes and schools across the UK. Our most recent project involved a series of surveys of a disused health centre in the West Midlands, which Nine Points is converting into an independent school.
A Collaborative Surveying Approach with Nine Points Property
Although our Coventry office serves as the primary point of contact for Nine Points, our ability to deploy local teams across the UK has proven invaluable over the years, saving both time and expense during the development process. For the Midlands based health centre project, our local team from Coventry completed a number of surveys including a measured building survey (MBS), a topographical survey, as well as drone imagery of the building’s roof.
Nine Points Property survey for measured building data included a detailed view of the building’s electrical switches and sockets, and a topographic survey of the building’s car park and adjacent land has provided Nine Points with crucial plans and measurements for architects and planning applications. The drone survey added an aerial perspective, supplying precise measurements, video footage, and images of the roof.
