Surveying the space for Peaky Blinders filmset

Our Coventry team has recently completed surveys of five industrial units in Birmingham which are all being used as the sets for the forthcoming new Peaky Blinders film.

Our range of services included measured building surveys to deliver floor plan and external elevations as well as a full site topographical survey along with utility and CCTV drainage works

Our team was able to respond quickly to meet the tight timeframes ahead of filming with all surveys required for the initial design stage of the project. Working closely with our client helped avoid any challenges mainly with regard to gaining access to all parts of the site. A main priority for the project was the need for useable space especially heights to ensure the film set could be built within the existing structure. Floor levels, ceiling structures and low hanging MEP were vital to this.
