Navigating site challenges at Glasgow’s iconic North Rotunda

A team of four surveyors from our Glasgow team have recently completed a multi-service survey at the iconic North Rotunda in the centre of Glasgow as part of the redevelopment of the site.

The busy site environment meant that our team needed to navigate some challenges ensuring the building’s occupants and customers were not impacted by the survey work.

The measured building survey included the production of a Revit model which allowed our client to progress with their early concepts with the visual walkthroughs and view point interfaces of particular value. Land and underground surveys were also part of the project specification where the site will be developed into a events venue and bar and restaurant
