Our Manchester team has recently completed laser scanning of the new nine storey 4 New Bailey building in Manchester to deliver our client the NIA & GIA data they required for each of the floors. The building has been let to BT on a 20 year lease and represents the largest single-let in the region since 2020.

The building has a unique design with inspiration from bridges over the canals and rivers in Manchester city centre.

By utilising laser scanning technology we were able to capture all site data quickly and efficiently delivering the client the information they need to fit in their project schedule.
